Our deals are conservatively underwritten, provide a hedge against an otherwise unbalanced portfolio, and bring an experienced team with regional focus so that you can invest in a known commodity without doing all of the homework.

About Cornerstone Capital RE

Cornerstone Capital RE was born out of a personal promise to share my story of real estate on a larger platform. My aim is to help others pursue similar goals of financial freedom, legacy building, and supporting charities or causes that make a positive impact on the world. This is one step in a long journey- one that I hope will draw other people in.

Christian Beyer is the owner/operator of Cornerstone Capital RE. He is a recovering engineer with a background in manufacturing and supply chain and brings more than a decade of real estate investing experience. A former licensed real estate agent in Pennsylvania, he has leveraged his work experience and retirement plans into a sizeable portfolio of real estate acquisitions with a specific focus on the Lehigh Valley. Christian has years of experience leveraging former employers' retirement plans into strategic investments in real estate projects with reputable partners, and is familiar with the many advantageous tax strategies that real estate provides. He lives in Phoenixville, PA with his wife, Stephanie, and their three children.
